Powercap® Active™ PowerBox™1 battery pack

The new PowerBox™1 battery pack features a micro USB connection for simpler, faster charging. A built-in fuel gauge reports battery level on demand. The charging cable connects directly to the battery pack, reducing the number of parts by removing the dock station used with the original PowerBox™.

PowerBox™1 is compatible with all PowerCap® Active™ and PowerCap® Active™ IP units.

Features & Benefits

Micro USB charging
PowerBox™1 supports micro USB charging, allowing battery packs to be charged using a range of power sources in as little as 5 hours. Simply connect the supplied cable directly to the PowerBox™1 pack to recharge.

Built-in fuel gauge
LED indicators on the PowerBox™1 enable visual identification of charge level. Green, amber and red lights provide feedback on battery life, making it easy to confirm when recharging is required for safer working with less downtime.

PowerCable connection
The new battery pack is connected to the respirator unit via the same connection as the original PowerBox™. Existing batteries can continue to be used and switching to the PowerBox™1 is effortless with no extra parts required.

Great service from Sitebox in my purchase of a replacement battery for my PowerCap. It’s not SiteBox’s fault that a clip on my original battery snapped off, but the batteries are surprisingly vulnerable for something used in a workshop environment. The batteries are also expensive, although the SiteBox price is lower than JSP. Overall, I was very pleased with the efficient service I got from SiteBox, if not so pleased that I had to buy a replacement battery in the first place.

Bought as a second battery so I always have one fully charged, works as it should but very expensive for a battery in my opinion. Service from Sitebox was excellent though. Only 4 stars due to the high price.
