They have a comment box to leave special instruction but ignored them. Next day delivery is what is advertised and that is exactly what I got. Just wanted it the day after not next day when there was someone at home to receive. 4 stars instead of 5 but I would use again.

I bought the telestepladder for my husband for his birthday because we have too many friends who don't recognise that they're getting older and have had nasty accidents. It's quite heavy to carry, but has a sensible carrying handle and once you've mastered how to open and shut it, it's totally brilliant. Highly recommended. I've just been pruning jasmine and escallonia in complete safety.
