So far so good. Just about to swap blades as the one supplied is ok but is wandering a bit (is it the blade or me??) It took a couple of hours to set up properly but seems to be working great now. I cut some8in thick oak with the supplied blade and it showed that the machine will cope well with thick stock. I am very pleased so far - three weeks.

This is a good machine for the price and I can recommend it to anyone looking for a bandsaw with a 9inch cutting height. Before buying I spent a lot of time checking reviews and recommendations. Its strange but this machine has very few online Reviews (either positive or negative), but I’ve found it to be found mine to be reliable and effective. It seems well made and was usable ‘out of the box’. I did make some very small adjustments blade guides, and I replaced the supplied blade with a Tuffsaw blade, but this is me being particularly picky. It produces a good clean cut and has had no problems cutting through even 8in Oak. I can highly recommend it. Sitebox’s website and online ordering were easy to use and my machine arrived on a palette very well packaged within two days of ordering. Excellent service!

I found the firm very welcoming & reassuring. I spent £500 on a 1.1 kw bandsaw. They sold me a first class machine on line. Early days yet.Small problem with starter switch. I rang Clarkes, the manufacturer, who will send me a new part.

As the other review. Very happy with this purchase and with Sitebox in general. I would definitely recommend this saw and supplier. Arrived fast and well packed, driver left it in a safe place for me as arranged by phone when I wasn't home at the time. Saw was easy enough for one person to set up and blade was fitted and tensioned well. Table seems solid and everything reasonably square. For this price I'd say this saw is unbeatable on the market at the minute. Thanks chaps!
