Phoned prior to placing order to confirm delivery date and availability of item. Order placed late Tuesday afternoon so missed next day delivery for Wednesday but was told item would be delivered on Thursday which I was happy with. Contacted Sitebox on Friday morning as item still hadn't arrived. After looking into the matter was called back to be informed that, whilst the order had been processed , there had been a "system error" which meant item hadn't been despatched. Very apologetic but that was of little consequence as the tool was needed for a job on the Friday. Unlikely that I'll purchase from Sitebox in the future.
