Help Using The Online Account Area
In order to use the online account area you need to have registered with us. To do this you simply need to fill out the form located here.
Logging In & Out
To login your simply need to click on the my account link in the header bar at the top of the site. This, if not already logged in, will take you to the login page where you will need to enter the e-mail address and password's you used when registering originally with us.
If you cannot remember your login details then you can click on the forgotten password link found on the login page which will ask you to enter your e-mail address that you used upon registration. If the e-mail is found then the system will send you an e-mail containing information on how to recover your password.
To log out you simply need to click on the logout button located on the right hand side of the site under "Your Account" or alternatively at the top of the site.
Editing your account details
To edit any account details such as your name, e-mail address or password you need to find the "Edit Details" page within your account page. Here it will show you your current information with an edit button below it.
Once clicked upon you will have the option to edit your name, e-mail address and password. You are not required to edit your password at this stage. If you do wish to do so however then please fill in the bottom three fields correctly to do so.
Adding or editing addresses
You can have as many addresses as you like associated with your account, so if you are a company that delivers to many different locations then it works really well.
In order to add an address you need to find the page entitled "Add Address" where you should see an add address button. Once clicked you will find all the relevant fields that a full address requires with the required fields highlighted in red.
In order to edit or delete an address you can just follow the links underneath the address and it is all pretty self explanatory.
Managing your orders
In order to view the status and information of any of your orders you need to find the page entitled "Placed Orders" within the my account section.
Here you should see a list of all of your previous orders with the top one being the most recent. You should also be able to see a status and if you click on the view details button next to the order concerned you will be able to see all the details regarding that particular order. Here you will also be able to download a "Sales Receipt" if required in PDF format.
