Can I recommend a product to a friend?

You can recommend any of our products to your friends by clicking on the "Email a Friend" link on the product pages. In the window that appears, you can provide your name, email and friend's name and email. Type any message for your friend and click "Send Message". We'll gladly send your message with a link to that recommended product to your friend.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Phone orders are gladly received between our office hours of 8:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. Receipts can be sent via e-mail or can be put in with the goods.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes we do ship abroad. The delivery amounts that are set on the website are based upon the heaviest item so please give us a call to give you a specific price on your desired shipping location. See help on postage and overseas custom for more information.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is usually between 1-2 working days, but with some items it may take longer. Please refer to the product page concerned to see an estimated delivery time. We attempt to deliver the quickest possible time, but sometimes time scales are affected by other variables such as manufacturers and couriers.

What are the payment terms?

If you have a credit account set up with us then to place an order please see our credit account customers help page. Payment terms are agreed during the opening of the account but are generally 30 days. All website orders require payment up front before the item(s) is/are despatched.

Does your site take secure payments?

Yes our site takes 2 forms of payment, SagePay a secure online payment processor and PayPal, both of which are secure. For more information please see our help on placing an order page or our worried about security page.

Is there a money back guarantee?

We are proud of the quality of our products and highest possible level of service therefore we strive to make sure you are completely satisfied. Sitebox guarantees every product that we sell will always be of the best possible quality. All products are manufactured under even more stringent quality controls than are required by law. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and in those cases please see our terms and conditions for our return policy.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may cancel your contract with us and return the goods. We do, however, reserve the right to charge 20% restocking fee plus all carriage costs if orders are executed correctly (to the customers specification on the order) but subsequently returned. All returns must be notified in writing within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

You may be liable for any shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than received damage. You can always return items if they are defective.

What credit / debit cards do you take?

We take most credit / debit cards including, Visa, Visa Delta/Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, UK Maestro, Solo, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, International Maestro & Laser.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We issue refunds the same day as they are requested or agreed. Due to the banking system the money sometimes can take up to 3-5 working days to show up on statements or accounts.
