Help !

We have tried to make it as simple as possible to place an order using our website but if you are having problems then please see below for information.

Adding a product to your basket

To place a product into your basket all you need to do is click the add to cart button next to the relevant product. If you are on an actual product page then you have the option to choose the quantity as well.

Remove or editing your basket

Once you have products in your basket then a checkout / view cart button will appear at the top on the right hand side of your screen. Click on this to take you to shopping cart. Here you should see a list of products that are in your basket along with quantities, prices and any options that you might have chosen.

To update a quantity simply use the plus. minus or trash buttons.

Choosing your payment preference

Once you are happy with the products that are in your basket you now need to choose which payment method you wish to pay with.

Payment via your debit / credit card

If you click on the pay with credit / debit card then you will be taken to a page asking you to enter your billing and shipping details.

If you have an online account with us and are logged in then at this point you will be able to choose from the available addresses that you have placed in your account area. If, however, you do not have an account with us or you have no addressess saved you will be required to enter your billing details and shipping details (if different from the billing ones).

After you have done this please check our terms and conditions and then tick that checkbox as you will not be able to proceed without that. The next option is "allow promotional e-mails". This box is checked by default and if you would like to hear about any special offers or newsletters from us then keep it checked.

Once you are happy with the information entered on this page, the next step is to check the final amounts before being directed to the payment pages to make your payment. Please check all the amounts here including the delivery cost which you could also change to pick up if you live nearby or can get someone to come down for you. Please see our delivery cost help pages for more information on that.

The next step is to proceed to our secure payment pages hosted by SagePay in order to input your card details and complete payment. The process is here is as follows:

  1. Click on the card image you wish to use.
  2. Enter your card number, expiry date and security code.
  3. Change your billing address if it is different to what is already there.
  4. Click proceed to complete your payment.

Please note that most cards these days have 3D secure enabled on them. This is where the owner of the card will have set up a password and you will be asked for 3 digits from it, (for example your 1st, 3rd and 5th characters). If you are worried about security for any reasons please see our worried about security page.

Once payment has been completed then you will be returned to our thankyou page and a confirmation e-mail will be sent out to you immediately.

Payment via PayPal

If you wish to pay by PayPal click on the "check out with PayPal" button and enter your billing and shipping details.

The next step is to click through to the PayPal systems to take payment. If you are paying by PayPal then you probably have placed a few transactions with them before in which case it is the same process. Just login using your e-mail address and password and then click on the pay now button. They have plenty of help options if you are having problems but this is one of the easiest methods of payment so it should be fairly straight forward.

Once payment has been taken an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you which you should keep as reference to the order.
