Delivery Methods

Citylink

We use Interlink, Tuffnells, Royal Mail and also deliver ourselves in and around the London area. All parcels / packages will need to be signed for except for some Royal Mail parcels / letters if they are postable. Please check the goods upon signing as in some cases a dispute may arise if the items are damaged in any way.

Tuffnells

Other couriers may be used for overseas deliveries but we will make you aware of them plus any additional costs that may be required if any.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure you can take safe delivery of the items you purchase and charges may not be refunded if delivery attempts have been made and no-one has been there to receive the order.

If, after checking the order, you find part of the order damaged but still wish to take it in please mark on the consignment "part damaged". If, however, the order is completely damaged and of no use please refuse the delivery.

Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS)

Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme

The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) is an accreditation scheme that aims to improve fleet activity throughout the UK and beyond.

FORS is voluntary and open to any company operating a fleet including vans, lorries, mini-buses and coaches. Seeing as FORS is a serious compliance condition of many commercial sites and addresses in the UK now we required Tuffnells to be FORS registered (see image on the right).

The FORS process of accreditation and continuous improvements makes sound business sense, and gives customers peace of mind that the organisation they contract with take safety and compliance seriously. The added benefit of accident reduction and public recognition of high standards means the potential to stand out from others when competing for new business.
