Excellent prompt service, and good value for money. Have been using to fence a 12 acre agricultural field for our flock of sheep. Deals with all conditions, stones can be a problem, and roots you have to watch holding the auger. Would recommend to anybody for fencing , very versatile. Would be nice if Hyundai sold the auger bits separate, as constant use is wearing the cutting edges of the bits, especially the 100mm.

The machine does its job but has its faults. It uses a mix of 40:1 which is not that common and I found the mixing bottle next to useless as the cap did not seal! There is no way to reverse the auger if it gets stuck, turning by hand with a large pair of stilsons was the best option. The bolt holes through the power shaft and auger bits was slightly off centre so I often have to rotate the auger bit 180 degrees to fit it. Using bolts to fit the bits is a pain when you have to regularly change the bit - a quick release would be better. The bolts are not high tensile and started to shear on their second hole so I had to buy more suitable ones. There is no safety device to stop the auger if it jams so be prepared for it to almost dislocate your shoulders! Starting the auger for my eleventh hole the cord never rewound and I found that the starter had fallen apart as the screw holding it together had obviously not been tightened during assembly. This damaged the spring and I had to repair it. Needless to say, I have little confidence in this machine but I guess this is what to expect when you don't pay more for a Stihl. At least it was bought for a one off job as it was cheaper than hiring one so I probably won't use it much.

Works well even in quite difficult soil. You have be quite quick to let go if it suddenly catches a stone as it doesn't stall. You go round with it! Has been of great use to me for putting in agricultural fencing posts. The mix ratio is a pain as most machines run on 50 to 1 but this is 40 to 1 which means two petrol cans when using chainsaw as well when fencing
