Hyundai's HYT80 80mm 3" Petrol Water Trash Pump is a rugged and heavy duty unit, part of the pump line-up from Hyundai Power Equipment. The HYT80 is a trash pump, which means it is designed and built to be able to cope with suspended particles and debris, and is a much tougher pump in general. With the ability of dealing with particles in size up to that of 35mm, due to it's larger 3" inlet and outlet. Powered by a Hyundai 6.5hp IC210 petrol engine, this pump has plenty of power to keep liquid flowing and clear out any blockages that other fresh water pumps could not do. As well as this the HYT80 can draw from a height of up to 6m if bled fully first.
As the HYT80 is powered by a petrol engine, there is no electrical supply required, meaning a safer all-round operation and also for functionality, there is no restriction where the pump can go. It allows you to use this trash pump in remote or rural areas without the worry of trying to find a source of electricity to power the machine or the need to carry other sources of power supply. Secondly, due to the fact that there is no source of electricity present there is no risk of electrocution, which is always a risk when using electric water pumps.
The HYT80 high pressure petrol water pump is an extremely portable machine, weighing in at only 28kg. As well as being portable, the HYT80 also poses no problem in relation to storage due to its clever, compact design.
