Our order was promised for delivery within two working days, so having ordered on the 28/02, we expected it on the 02/03. However, it didn't arrive until the 06/03, causing delays on site and requiring us to send someone out for 5 hours to source the materials from another supplier. Once the order eventually arrived, we were left with excess materials that we were expected to send back at our own costs, plus a restocking fee, making the exercise completely pointless. I don't think we'll be using Sitebox unless we are in no hurry for the supplies, are 100% sure they are fit for our purpose (owing to the awkwardness of the return process) and are significantly cheaper that other suppliers.
