Drilling and thread cutting on thin-walled materials? No problem for our RB 80 SP RL-E. Thanks to patented magnetic technology, it is adhering to ferromagnetic materials from a thickness of 3 mm. The permanent magnet with tin coating and one-hand operation is not only particularly durable - it is also increasing occupational safety in your working environment. In the case of a power failure, the device is adhering securely to the material. Therefore 'crashes' are nearly impossible.
The 80 SP RL-E can be combined with core drills up to a diameter of 80 mm, with step drills up to a diameter of 55 mm and with spiral drills up to a diameter of 32 mm.
When it comes to thread cutting, our versatile one from the SP line is also proving full performance. With a tap you can cut threads for screws up to M30 (using a tapping attachment or tapping chuck). The motor is equipped with clockwise/anticlockwise rotation, as well as with a soft start function. In addition, the mechanical slip clutch is protecting the device against overload. Soft-touch handles and a practical membrane keyboard are ensuring userfriendlyness.
