All products are supplied subject to the manufacturers warranty terms. If your products manufacturer isn't listed below and you require information regarding it then please contact us and we will find out for you.

Sitebox Ltd reserve the right the replace a faulty product with a substitute of equivalent value or to refund the original purchase price. No claim is accepted where products have been used for a purpose for which they are not intended, fitted correctly, not maintained to the manufacturers recommended standards, have failed due to fair wear and tear or have been misused or abused.

If you are outside of the UK then in some circumstances warranties can differ. Please contact us for more information regarding this if you are concerned about your warranty for use outside of the UK.

BE Pressure Supply Warranty

BE Pressure Supply Inc warrants as limited herein only to the end-user original purchaser of the Pressure Washer or Generator to which this limited warranty, that the Pressure Washer or Generator shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of (i) one year if purchased by a retail consumer for regular domestic usage; or (ii) 90 days if purchased for professional, commercial, industrial or rental usage, in each case freom the date of original purchase, subject to certain exceptions and limitations stated below:

Belle Warranty

Altrad Belle shall at its option repair or replace free of charge any item which fails, where it is shown to the company's reasonable satisfaction that such failure or failures have resulted from the company's faulty design, workmanship or material defect, and provided further that in respect parts not of the company's manufacture. The company can give to the customer only such guarantee as the manufacturer gives to the company. The repaired or replacement part or parts shall be supplied free of charge but the company's liability as to delivery and fitting or other expense shall be limited to carriage paid in the U.K or F.O.B U.K port.

The defective part shall become the property of the company and shall be held to its order. Altrad Belle accepts no responsibility for any consequential costs incurred through loss of use or any other charges or costs whatsoever resulting from a warrantable failure.

This warranty is given, subject to certain obligations undertaken by the owner as described in this document.

Period of warranty for all products - manufactured and supplied by Altrad Belle carry an eighteen month warranty from date of invoice to dealer or twelve months from date of sale to customer whichever occurs first.

Period of warranty for replacement parts - manufactured and supplied by Altrad Belle will carry a Warranty to the end of the duration of the machines warranty period.

Period of warranty for new parts - manufactured and supplied by Altrad Belle carry a three month warranty from date of invoice.


BenditNow Warranty

All products carry the standard Benditnow guarantees free from manufacturing defects for 12 months.

Black & Decker Warranty

Black & Decker is confident of the quality of its products and offers an outstanding guarantee for professional users of the product. This guarantee statement is in addition to, and in no way prejudices your contractual rights. The guarantee is valid within the territories of the Member States of the European Union and the European Free Trade Area.

If your Black & Decker product becomes defective due to faulty materials or lack of conformity within 24 months from the date of purchase, Black & Decker guarantees to replace all defective parts, repair products, subjected to fair wear and tear, to make sure of the minimum inconvenience to the customer, unless, the product has not been used for trade, professional or hire purposes, the product has been subject to misuse or neglect or the product has sustained damage through foreign objects, substances or accidents. In order to make a claim, you will need to submit proof of purchase and your product must display the CE mark.

Bosch Warranty

Bosch Blue Power Tools

Professional Bosch power tools and lithium-ion batteries including chargers meet the highest quality demands. For this reason, we offer you a special service package. And it's free.

3-year warranty for power tools. This applies to all professional blue power tools and measuring instruments from Bosch. The warranty excludes high-frequency tools, production cordless screwdrivers and pneumatic tools, supplied accessories, battery packs and chargers.

2-year Premium Service for batteries and chargers. This applies to all professional blue Bosch lithium-ion batteries including chargers. If a defect occurs on a registered battery or charger during the term of the Battery Premium Service due to a material or manufacturing fault or due to wear, Bosch will replace it (possibly with a later model). Replaced batteries or chargers shall become the property of Bosch.

All you have to do is register your tool, lithium-ion battery or charger online within four weeks of purchase. The term of the warranty or service begins on the date of purchase.

Bosch Green Garden Tools

Bosch gives you a two-year warranty on tools used for domestic purposes. During this period, our Repair Service including shipping of your faulty tool are free of charge.

Please note proof of purchase for the product will be required in order to make a warranty claim.

All Bosch Garden products come with a 2 year warranty, excluding batteries and chargers which are covered by a 12 month warranty.

Proof of purchase must be produced. Excludes accessories or spare parts unless failed under warranty.

1 Year Free Service Contract If you need maintenance or service for your DEWALT product in the 12 months following purchase, it will be undertaken free of charge at an authorised DEWALT repair agent. Proof of purchase must be produced. Includes Labour. Excludes accessories or spare parts unless failed under warranty.

1 Year Full Warranty If your DEWALT product becomes defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within 12 months from the date of purchase, DEWALT guarantees to replace all defective parts free of charge - or at our discretion - replace the unit free of charge provided that, the product has not been misused, the product has been subject to fair wear and tear, repairs have not been attempted by unauthorised persons and proof of purchase is produced.

Fairport Warranty

The normal warranty on Fairport equipment is 1 year from delivery to customer and 3 years for the Honda engines fitted. Should a machine failure occur it is expected that the customer will complete a warranty claim form which will be assessed by Fairport. Assessment will establish if the failure has been a result of premature mechanical failure, normal wear and tear or machine abuse. Once approved, the machine can be repaired under warranty by either a Fairport Distributor or by the Fairport factory. See here for more information

Fox power tools come with a standard 3 year warranty on all power tools except the paddle mixers. The first year covers parts and labour and the second and third years cover just parts.

To activate your UK warranty please complete the Product Warranty Registration form.

All warranties need to be registered within 30 days, failure to register within this timeline will result in the warranty reverting to the manufacturers 12 month warranty and will not be extended to the Hyundai 3 year Platinum warranty.

All of our products are covered by a manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage. This excludes products or parts of products that are consumables or that become faulty to due to general wear and tear.

In terms of a faulty item being replaced, fixed or refunded, Hyundai Power Equipment is only a reseller of any goods or services received through our website, therefore an individual product's warranty would be subject to the supplier's terms and conditions and will be maintained by the company of origin. Hyundai Power Equipment will be happy to help you contact those companies who will maintain your products individual warranty, however, we are not responsible for any product directly.

Thanks you for choosing our product(s). We offer a 12 month warranty for parts and labour against any defects in components or faulty workmanship in manufacturing.

Items found to be defective within 12 months of the units original purchase date will be repaired or replaced without cost to the owner for the parts and direct repair labour.

It does not apply if damage is caused by accident, misapplication, abuse, alteration, tampering or faulty external wiring, incorrect or fluctuating power supply.

Milwaukee Warranty

The end user warranty period is 12 months and begins on the date that the unit was purchased. This must be documented by an invoice or other proof of purchase. Products in the hire industry are excluded from this 12 month warranty.

Warranties can be extended on tools purchased from 2008 in the countries listed at http://service.milwaukee-et.com to 3 years provided that the end consumers register their newly acquired tools for the extended warranty online within four weeks of the date of purchase.

A warranty repair is free of charge. It does not constitute an extension or a new start of the warranty period. Exchanged parts become our property. In some countries delivery charges or postage will have to be paid by the sender.

P1PE Machinery Warranty

Please read the following warranty information carefully. This 2 year warranty applies to all P1PE portable products and is handled with by Genpower who are the manufacturers / importers of P1PE machinery.

2 Year Warranty

P1 portable power products are guaranteed to be free from defects in both material and workmanship for 2 years from the original date of purchase. This "Limited Warranty" ensures that any defective part will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Genpower Ltd.

To activate the 2 year warranty customers must register on-line at p1pe.co.uk within 30 days of purchase. Products that are not registered on-line within 30 days will be covered by a 12 month warranty.

  1. Residential / Non-commercial usage

    1. A limited warranty for 2 years or 1000 hours whichever comes first, which provides parts, labour and carriage for the 1st year and parts only for year 2, this is effective from date of purchase.
    2. To activate your warranty for year 2 you must register your warranty with Genpower Ltd within 30 days of purchase and provide a copy of your proof of purchase at time of warranty registration.
  2. Commercial/Hire Use

    1. A limited warranty for a period of one year for commercial use or 90 days for hire use which provides parts, labour and carriage effective from date of purchase.
  3. Policy covers

    1. All P1PE portable power products.
    2. Continual from the date of purchase and does not restart at any time or under any circumstances. Warranties are not transferable. This limited warranty is only valid when the machine receives all preventative maintenance and is serviced as per the manufacturer’s documentation with genuine service parts and recommended oils where applicable.
  4. In the event of a fault

    1. Please contact Genpower Ltd where our aftersales team will guide you through some basic diagnostics to determine the fault on the machine. If we are unable to resolve the issue we will request that the machine be returned to us for further inspection and testing.
  5. Transit of Goods

    1. Genpower Ltd will arrange for collection of goods within the 1st year of the warranty, please be aware that if the fault is discovered not to be a warranty fault, transportation, handling and workshop labour charges will apply. (Note: Highlands and islands may incur a surcharge).
    2. After the first year it is the customer’s responsibility to ship the defective machine or parts back to Genpower Ltd.
    3. The Customer is responsible for draining all fuel and oil from the machine.
    4. The Customer is responsible for safely and securely packaging the machine, it is advisable to keep the original packaging safe for this purpose.
    5. We will only accept responsibility for the machine when it has been received and inspected at the point of delivery to ourselves.
    6. Any damages or loss during transit are the customer’s responsibility.
    7. We can offer to arrange for a collection on the customer’s behalf, please contact us for rates.
    8. Upon completion of repairs we will arrange for the machine to be sent back to the customer at our cost (in first 12 months, year 2 is chargeable at cost price). Highlands and islands may incur a surcharge to cover the extra transportation costs. This is to cover additional costs for transport to and from our repair centre. For the Channel Islands, it is usually more cost effective for the customer to send the unit to the mainland and we will collect and return to the designated mainland address as normal.
  6. Inspection and repair of machinery

    1. We will replace or repair any components that have failed within the 1st year/1000hrs and within the 90 days for hire usage that are covered by the limited warranty
    2. We will cover the costs involved with any labour within the 1st year/1000hrs and within the 90 days for hire usage that are covered by the limited warranty.
    3. We will supply parts only for warranty failures in year 2. Labour and carriage is chargeable.
    4. Genpower Ltd will inform you of any costs that are outside of the limited warranty before commencing any repairs.
    5. Any repairs outside of the limited warranty may incur charges these will also include the cost of carriage to and from the customer.
  7. Parts only request

    1. The customer may request parts to be dispatched under the warranty agreement.
    2. Genpower Ltd will accept photographic evidence of failed components, provided it is clear that the failure is a manufacturing defect. If this is not possible, the failed part must be returned to Genpower Ltd for inspection, if the parts is deemed to have failed due to a manufacturing defect a replacement part will be issued.
    3. The customer may purchase a replacement part, if the original part, when returned to Genpower Ltd, has obviously failed due to a manufacturing defect a full refund for the replacement part will be issued.
  8. Warranty Limitations

    1. Items not covered by Warranty: (This is for guidance only, there may be additional items that are not covered by warranty).
    2. General wear and tear.
    3. Damage from lack of maintenance as described in the user manual.
    4. Damage by accident, impact, improper installation or storage.
    5. Damage by water ingestion, submersion and external water damage.
    6. Damage caused by frost or overheating from excessive ambient temperatures or lack of ventilation.
    7. Operation and damage to the machine used in a marine environment.
    8. Damage by operation with incorrect pressure, conditions or modifications.
    9. Damage from overloading (all machines) or under loading (generators).
    10. Fuel related problems. (Contaminated or stale fuel, incorrect fuel/oil mixture, incorrect fuel type).
    11. Items not as per Genpower Ltd standard supplied items, such as but not limited to external wiring, modifications, filters etc.
    12. Repairs made during warranty period without prior approval from Genpower Ltd.
    13. Service items such as, but not limited to: spark plugs, carburettors, gaskets, filters, belts, brushes, bushes, bearings, recoil units, cables, clips, hoses, lances, trigger guns, reals, seals, pump valves, blades, trimmer heads and accessories, chains, bars, wheels and tyres are covered by a limited 30 day warranty.
    14. The warranty may be void if any modifications are made to the machine.
    15. AVR (Automatic voltage regulators) are covered by a limited 30 day warranty.
    16. Any damages caused during the transit of goods.- Customer must report damage to Genpower Ltd within 24 hours, to allow us to claim from our couriers.
    17. 12v starter batteries and remote key fob batteries are covered by a limited 30 day warranty.
    18. Inverter/circuit boards and transformers on welders and inverter generators are covered with a standard 2 year warranty. (1st year parts, labour and carriage, 2nd year parts only). Damage from overloading is not covered.
    19. The warranty may be void if records of servicing including hours and date are not kept. Copies of service history may be requested by Genpower Ltd.

PACT Services Warranty

PACT services give 12 months warranty which covers labour and parts but excludes wear and abuse.


Panasonic Warranty

On all tools the warranty is 1 year extended to 3 years if registered.

Paslode Warranty

2 year warranty on all tools not consumables or accessories.

Quickbuild Warranty

The Quickbuild Product Warranties are 10 years Undamaged. By that it means the galvanising has not been damaged or the floor Is not seating in water and the roof is clear of all leafs as they block the roof ventilation.

Scruffs Warranty

Scruffs clothing & boots have no warranty on them as they are Wear & Tear items. Scruffs work an a inspection purpose, the information they require to advise credit/replacement is the following: 1) Style of goods (An image of the label within the boot/garment, They require this for the batch number and part number). 2) Purchase order number & proof of Sale (The our customer has purchased this on & a proof of sale to their customer stating the date purchased). 3) What environment/trade the garment/boots have been worn in? 4) A clear photo of the goods where we can assess the fault advised 5) If replacement is required or just a credit.

Sealey Warranty

All Sealey products are covered by a minimum 1 year parts and labour guarantee. Hand Tools are covered by a no-quibble lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. Guarantees on our Premier Air Tools and Welding Transformers are conditional on completion and return of a simple registration guarantee card.

Lifetime Guarantee on Hand Tools Lifetime replacement warranty on all of our hand tool ranges. No quibble guarantee also covers individual items within sets. Excludes TRX-Star* T40 bits, breaker bar knuckles, drill bits, blades and engineering taps and dies.

5 Year Guarantee on All-Steel Vices 5-Year replacement parts warranty conditional on registering your purchase with us on a Guarantee Card. 2-Year on Economy versions.

3 Year Guarantee on Welding Transformers 3-Year parts and labour warranty on main power transformer of Arc, MIG and Spot Welders plus Plasma Cutters. Starke Warranty

Starke Arvid Products come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty is subject to the piece of equipment being used correctly and for the purpose designed. Some pieces of equipment have parts which are subject to wear and tear such as tyres and castors, these are not covered under the warranty.

TUV Warranty

TUV is the Germany testing house that issue most of the Certificate of Conformities for the EU so most TUV products carry this symbol. All TUV products are covered by a return to base manufacturers warrantee against component failure and manufacturing defects, obviously this does not cover wear and tear or damage. Wheels and bearings are not covered as they are wear and tear items.

V-TUF Warranty

V-TUF (Cleaning Equipment Brand of Fenco Group Ltd) Warrants to the Consumer that this product will be free of material or assembly defects for 1 year.

Warranty Promise

  • Please Note: This excludes wearing parts such as, hoses, floor heads, motor brushes etc. that wear out and need replacing within the normal working life of the machine.
  • Warranty claims must be processed through the dealer from whom the machine was purchased. If you have any problems please contact V-TUF on the helpline number. Please have claim details and proof of receipt to hand.
  • The warranty claim only covers the defective parts rather than the replacement of the whole machine.
  • Warranty claims will need to be validated by the manufacturer's inspection of the faulty components. Where damage has been caused by misues, wear & tear or abuse, V-TUF reserve the right to charge for the repair, transport or inspection costs.
  • The warranty period commences from the purchase date.
  • This warranty policy cannot be overriden by any dealer, or anyone involved in the sale of this product.

Returns:

  • Goods ordered incorrectly will be restocked with no charge. Fenco need to be notified within 5 working days and goods must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Transport and Carriage charges, however, will apply.
  • Goods wrongly supplied, will be collected within 48 hours of notification. Free of charge.
  • Please ensure that someone will be present at the collection address to meet the carrier. Normal collection times are between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Replacements

  • We will collect all items classed as warranty. Valid warranty items will be repaired, or at the discretion of Fenco replaced free of charge. If, however, the failure is due to misuse, the repair will be chargeable. A report, stating the reason for the failutre will be provided to minimiuse the possibility of repeating mishandling.
  • If there is a policy to offer immediate 'Service Exchange' equipment to your customers, we recommend that an adequate pool of extra units of equipment be kept in stock, as warranty replacement units can only be sent out once the faulty units have been inspected by ourselves.

Repairs:

  • We are able to collect, repair and return any goods supplied by Fenco. The charges are minimal when compared with the call out cost of an engineer. We commit ourselves to collect within 48 hours and return the goods within 1 week of agreement to repair.

Thanks you for choosing our product(s). We offer a 12 month warranty for parts and labour against any defects in components or faulty workmanship in manufacturing.

Items found to be defective within 12 months of the units original purchase date will be repaired or replaced without cost to the owner for the parts and direct repair labour.

It does not apply if damage is caused by accident, misapplication, abuse, alteration, tampering or faulty external wiring, incorrect or fluctuating power supply.
