My first contact Sonia on the phone was extremely helpful polite and had a caring attitude very rare in the UK these days. My V7 pressure washer arrived the very next day and what a quality machine it is I'm very happy with the whole experience it's a shame it took me 3 goes to find a decent company. This is how customer service should be instead of constantly having to chase people for refunds and ignored emails.
