View Review OnlineThere was an issue where the wrong item was sent, Carmen and Sonia dealt with it within 1 hour and the replacement arrived next day and the incorrect table saw was also picked up next day. Within 24 hours the problem was solved. The original item arrived very quickly and this is the best customer service i have ever had. When things go right no one notices but it's how it is dealt with when things go wrong and these people nailed it. I would highly recommend Site Box for any future orders.
