The only downside was that the online tracking information wasn’t very detailed, and the order status updates could be clearer. That said, the ladder itself is excellent quality — very solid and well-made. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend.

However, the instructions weren't great to follow, im glad my hubby was around and th washers supplied weren't great, the holes were too big for the bolts, so we replaced these. Other than that it os amazing, and I imagine will last for a very long time.
