• Highly proven drive System. The Darwin models feature our advanced and highly proven POLY-V drive system, for improved reliability, low energy losses and a long service life of up to 12,000 hours.

• Low noise levels. The Darwin operates more quietly than competitive compressors. This is  thanks to the lower rotational speed of the compressor, temperature-controlled cooling fan and specially designed noise reducing cabinet.

• High performance. Thanks to the use of our own in house designed and manufactured air ends, with lower rotational speed, lower temperature and optimised design, Darwin provides a high air output with reduced power consumption.

• Electronic Controller. All Darwin models are equipped with the latest DNAIR2 electronic controller (18.5 kW -75kW) with a large clear panel display . DNAIR2 allows users to fully control all compressor functions,  with the added ability to manage multiple compressors and for remote control via SMS Device 2.0 (service management system). Smaller models feature the DNAIR1 controller with simplified controls allowing, full functionality with ease of use.

• Advanced cooling system. The deployment of the thermostatically controlled cooling fan with the large surface area heat exchanger for the air and oil cooling ensures, lower operating temperature and lower air outlet temperatures. The automatic operation saves energy by operating the fan only when required.

• Robust and reliable - The Darwin is designed for continuous use in tough conditions ensuring reliability and a very long life.

• Simple low-cost maintenance - All service items are located for ease of access reducing service costs and down time.

• Cabinet pre-filtration – Fitted to Darwin models 18.5 kW and above. The large panel filter provides highly effective protection to internal components for improved reliability, improved cooling, and reduced maintenance.

• IE4 High efficiency Motors – provided very high performance with reduced energy consumption.

• High quality air - The Darwin is available with integrated refrigerated dryer (DF models)  on models from 2.2 kW to 55kW. Specifically designed to provide dry compressed air to your system for improved reliability of downstream equipment,  improved final product quality, higher efficiency, and a safer environment.

• Long life and reliability - The Darwin benefits from state-of-the-art manufacturing and over 50 years- experience in the production of air compressors.
