Used the festoon inside a 1930's house loft space. Brightness acceptable in the loft but agree with other reviewers that the LED lights do not illuminate as well as standard bulbs. But energy consumption is very low and on balance, a good product if you are prepared to accept a slightly lower light level.

Having read some other reviews about led festoon lighting I was a little concerned about the light output. But actually these aren't bad for LEDs. Yes they are obviously not as bright as normal festoon kits but give some decent light as long as you don't spread the lights out too far from each other.
