3324.00 2024-05-25Assembled in the UK, the EVO3600DPW-HAZ is a commercial grade pressure washer, powered by the 10hp Yanmar L100 diesel engine driving an Italian Annovi Reverberi (AR) triplex pump, producing a high pressure output of 3600psi. For added safety in hazardous industrial, construction and commercial work environments, this pressure washer is fitted with a Chalwyn valve and spark arrestor, which prevents the diesel engine from overspeeding or producing flammable emissions. This makes it the perfect choice for professional use, providing a much needed alternative to the selection of petrol pressure washers which aren’t suitable for use in hazardous combustible environments.
With a maximum pressure output of 3600psi and a flow rate of 15L/min, this is a workhorse pressure washer which is capable of effectively cleaning the dirtiest of surfaces. It comes complete with a pressure regulation adjuster valve, quick release water inlet fittings, a detergent suction hose, quick release nozzles and a built-in unloader valve.
The commercial grade Annovi Reverberi pump is powered by a Yanmar diesel engine. Yanmar are one of the best diesel engine manufacturers in the world, and the L100 which powers this pressure washer is an incredibly popular model from their engine range. It’s a vertical single cylinder, 4-stroke air-cooled engine.
This pressure washer can be run on red or white diesel. With red diesel, running costs are kept low and over time you will save significantly on fuel costs compared to petrol pressure washers.
For easy and reliable starting, this pressure washer is equipped with electric key start, with its own battery charging system. A de-compression lever is fitted to air pull starting if the12v battery fails.

Spark arrestors for diesel engines are a basic but key safety feature for both hazardous areas and lower risk areas where diesel engines used such as forestry or agriculture where a stray spark may cause ignition of dry combustible crops or undergrowth. Virtually all legislation regarding the operation of a diesel engine in a hazardous area includes a mandatory requirement to fit a tested and approved exhaust spark arrestor.
The Chalwyn automatic valves with integral air filters are self-contained with air flow actuated overspeed shutdown functionality. The shutdown action is provided by the intake air flow passing through the valve. The valve closes automatically when the engine speed exceeds a pre-set point. The valve automatically resets to open soon after the engine has stopped, so the engine is ready for re-starting.
