Delivered all items order next working day from receipt of order. Unfortunately the box/packaging was damaged (but luckily not the contents) - couriers could take more care!

took ages to set up eventually found motor belt was not tight, fine now, hinge on top door broken, faulty weld. Once everything set up and working turned out a great saw

just put the band saw together, not much to do,Instruction book poor. Worked it out in less than a hour. Cut a few pieces of ply, it seems ok,I did not give it 5 stars because I will need a few months to give a genuine opinion.

this is the first band saw i have purchased. I found it very easy to set up, running speed is a little slower from what i haveused before but for me and what i use it for its a great machine, cuts well and true.

First bandsaw delivered was impossible to set up. I never switched it on! Great service from both the distributor and Sitebox Ltd meant I had a replacement bandsaw within 24 hours, personally bench tested at the distributors. A great cutting height and throat size makes my work so much easier. No stupid rack and pinion guard height adjustment means I'm no longer spending hours stripping the machine down to clean down. I find the doors become loose allowing a gentle waft of dust into the workshop, a quick tighten works wonders. Maybe invest in some draught excluder sponge on a roll to stop the dust. A really good machine and both the distributor and Sitebox will be at the top of my "good guys" list.

Second bandsaw I have bought recently, this one gives you greater cutting height 120mm that extra 20mm makes a big difference, saw is sturdy and works well, I had a problem when first setup, the blade kept running off the drive wheels, I had to re-centre the bottom wheel and align it with the upper wheel before it started working without attention, the dust extraction is good too, you have a number of choices by the multiple diameter connection, plus there is a blade extraction port for added suck! That's a bonus from what I had before, generally pleased with it, priced well and I would say good value for money, you have to spend a lot lot more to get anything much bigger...
