elivered on day given. Slight dent in one rung but nothing serious. Not keen on the plastic components. Lock stop nib has already broken off. The plastic position retaiers are annoying as they just flip down and again are quite flimsy. The ladder is quite heavy and a set of wheels at the top or a pully to raise to full height with the removal of the plastic rung lockingdevices would be really useful. Adjustable foot is exellent ans has already been really useful. Probably an 8.5 out of 10.
