The Hyundai DHY8000SE is a step up in terms of power from the DHY6000SE, adding an extra 1.5kW of power, and is capable of powering more equipment in your home as a result. Although it won’t be able to run everything it allows more essential home items to continue running in the event of a power cut when the National Grid fails.
More household items are commonly using up more energy than ever before and the DHY8000SE allows you to run more of them without having to juggle them around when the lights go out.
The DHY8000SE uses the same silent casing as the DHY6000SE and remains a compact and silent machine as a result. Despite the large amount of power it produces you’ll seldom hear it out in your garden as it runs so quietly. It also features the reliable Hyundai 4-stroke OHV (overhead valve) air cooled direct injection diesel engine and AVR (auto voltage regulation) which enables a smooth running of sensitive electronic equipment without any concern of damaging them.
Like all other Hyundai standby generator in the range, the DHY8000SE is an ATS ready machine and come with a specific port for connecting and Automatic Transfer Switch. Once paired with a digital receiver the DHY8000SE can be connected to an ATS which allows the generator to start up automatically when it detects a loss of power from the grid. If you’re looking for convenience it doesn't get any more convenient than this.
