45.62 2024-05-19The HY40038SSC is an electric submersible clean water pump, with a rugged and compact design. Rated at 400W, the HY40038SSC is capable of pumping an impressive 7500L/hr. The sturdy stainless steel body protects the HY40038SSC from any damage and the lightweight and portable design, weighing only 4.4kg and fitted with a carry handle, makes this the ideal water pump for transporting between jobs.
Generally, this water pump is suitable for the drainage of cellars, sinks, cisterns, pools, baths and other general transfer of clean water. The HY40038SSC is capable of operating in water up to 35 °C and pumping particles up to 5mm in diameter. The float switch attached to the HY40038SSC will stop the water pump when the water levels fall below the minimum requirement.
Fitted with a 10m cable, this electric water pump is very flexible in where it can reach and the compact design allows easy storage in a workshop, garage, van or shed.
The maximum delivery height of the HY40038SCC is 6.5m and the maximum submersion depth is 5m. The outlet hose size is 25mm – 32mm (1” to 1 ¼”).
To ensure the safety of the user, an RCD (Residual Current Device) is recommended to be used with the HY400038SSC as risk of electrocution is increased when using electrical equipment with water. All electric submersible water pumps also come with a 1 year standard domestic warranty.
