46.74 2024-05-20The HY85038D the most powerful dirty water pump that Hyundai produces, rated at a massive 850W and with a maximum flow rate of 14,000L/hour. The HY85038D is capable of making quick work of even the toughest pumping jobs and the high quality parts and rugged build quality ensures that this dirty water pump will perform time after time.
The advantage of a dirty water pump compared to a clean water pump is that you can use it to perform tasks on water sources that may contain debris. The most common uses for a dirty water pump includes pumping outside ponds, fountains, drains and pools. With a 10m cable the HY85038D has the reach to easily manage most outdoor tasks. The maximum particle that this dirty water pump can handle is 35mm, significantly more than the clean water pumps which Hyundai also produces.
For added convenience the HY85038D has a built-in float switch which will turn off the pump automatically when water levels fall below the minimum requirement. The maximum submersion depth is 5m and the maximum delivery height is 8m. The outlet hose size is 25mm – 32mm (1” to 1 ¼”).
Being both lightweight and compact, the HY85038D is a very portable machine, ideal for transporting from one location to another, and also comes with a built-in carry handle. The compact design also makes storage of this dirty water pump easy, fitting in a garage, shed, van or workshop easily. The overall weight is only 5.8kg.
It is recommended that an RCD is always used with a submersible pump as should be the case whenever electrical products are used near water.
