46.36 2024-05-27The HY90038C is the most powerful electric submersible clean water pump that Hyundai produces, rated at an impressive 900W and pumping a huge 15,000L of water per hour. This is fantastic performance for a domestic electric water pump and one of the stand out models on the UK market.
The maximum submersion depth is 7m and the maximum delivery height is 9.5m. The outlet hose size is 25mm – 32mm (1” to 1 ¼”).
Ideal for tasks such as pumping flooded basements, baths, sinks and more, the HY90038C should only be used on clean water sources. Waters up to a temperature of 35 °C are perfectly safe to pump and the HY90038C can also handle debris and particles up to 5mm. Like the other electric water pumps in the Hyundai range, the HY90038C features a float switch which will turn off the pump automatically when the water being pumped falls below the minimum level.
For the impressive power that this clean water pump outputs it’s still extremely lightweight and compact, featuring a carry handle and weighing just 5.7kg. It’s equipped with a 10m cable which gives the user great flexibility and takes away the need for a nearby source of power. For users who need a water pump on the go, or one that can easily be stored in a van, shed, workshop or garage, the HY90038C is the ideal choice.
To ensure the safety of the user, an RCD (Residual Current Device) is recommended to be used with the HY90038C as risk of electrocution is increased when using electrical equipment with water. All electric submersible water pumps also come with a 1 year standard domestic warranty.
