76.74 2025-06-12The NightSearcher SolarStar is an energy and money saving LED floodlight, which requires no mains wiring thanks to the solar panel.
The 10 watt produces an impressive output of 1000 lumens, with the body constructed from robust aluminium, ensuring there is good water and dust resistance. A major benefit of the SolarStar over other LED floodlights is the ease of installation as no mains wiring is required. 15 metre viewing distance.
Over a 500% increase in light output per watt is achieved when comparing to incandescent lighting, with the added benefit of no maintenance thanks to the 50,000+ hours of continuous white light (7000k). The LEDs do not require any cool down period and can also be used at ground level and confined spaces, in turn, reducing light pollution.
High or low light level is available. The PIR sensor allows the SolarStar to run as a security floodlight, either at home or in the workplace.
