PHS Argo Plus (Multi-Tape) is a premium adhesive tape for universal applications. It is used for airtight bonding and sealing of penetrations and overlaps of vapour barriers and is also suitable for bonding roofing underlays and facade membranes installed under an external weatherproof sheathe. This multi-tape is characterised by a very pliable polyethylene film, layered with a reinforcement mesh, an extremely adherent and moisture resistant polyacrylate adhesive; this offers ease of application and outstanding ageing resistance.

Application Areas:
  • Airtight bonding and sealing of penetrations and overlaps of internal wind and vapor barriers in accordance with DIN 4108-7.
  • Bonding and sealing of overlaps, joints, and penetrations of permeable and non-permeable roofing underlayments on steep roofs as well as facade membranes sealed behind external sheathing.
Important:
  • The tape and membrane should not be exposed to any mechanical strain during or after installation.

Designed in compliance with DIN 4108-11. It is characterised by its very conformable special film combined with an extremely strong and moisture-resistant polyacrylate adhesive, which has excellent aging resistance. It is universally used for airtight bonding and sealing of penetrations and overlaps of airtight layers and vapor barrier films in interior areas according to DIN 4108-7 and for external bonding of roofing and wall membranes. PHS Argo Plus (Multi-Tape) is EMICODE® EC1 PLUS certified. Products awarded the EMICODE® labelling system are modern, solvent-free, and low-emission building products. They offer maximum protection against indoor air pollution, health protection, and high environmental compatibility.
