Just moved to a new house and needed to move a drain and manhole. Found this site and the prices are amazing compared to other retailers. Free delivery on bigger orders so not so cheap if you just need one or two fittings. Quick delivery places the order Friday evening so wasn't processed until Monday and the items were delivered on Wednesday. Well packaged and everything there. Will definitely use again if needed.

If you are needing spare parts and you’re unable to find the exact part online, I would definitely recommend that you email their customer service team like I did! I was over the moon to find out that they actually had the stock in the warehouse, even though online didn’t not stock it. My experience exceptional from customer service agent Charlie Day, Who gave me the Ultimate Customer service experience! Being a young girl that doesn’t know a lot about trade or parts, He was just a true professional from the very start answered all my queries and questions, with my flood of emails hahaha. We even run into an issue when I was ready to place the order and the system kept removing one of the items that I was purchasing, (system glitch, due to it being out of stock on the website) But Charlie ensured that although it would not be on my invoice, he would make sure that the warehouse put that product in my order, so paid the full amount for all products through the secured link sent and Charlie made sure he followed up with an email confirming all the my items to give me some reassurance. although being wary, when the order came ofcourse, everything was there just as he had promised. Sitebox should be really Proud of their staff. as I am not an easy person when it comes to trusting what someone says when spending money on goods, having over 16 years in customer service myself, but Charlie was able to reassure me, and Fulfil whatever he said he would, which made me comfortable to do the order. The parts are exactly what I hope they would be and I finally have a new hose for my air-conditioning unit!! and with this UK Heat! I am over the moon. Thanks Sitebox and Charlie Day!
