The only downside was that the online tracking information wasn’t very detailed, and the order status updates could be clearer. However, the instructions weren't great to follow, im glad my hubby was around and th washers supplied weren't great, the holes were too big for the bolts, so we replaced these. Other than that it os amazing, and I imagine will last for a very long time.
