Very happy with our Werner Loft Ladder. Delivery swift, article arrived in good condition although it was left outside in the rain and the door bell/knocker was not actioned although we were in at the time. It was fitted by a top rated builder/Joiner who gave it full marks for quality and ease of instalment with clear instructions. Many thanks. RBH purchaser.

View Review OnlineGood range of product. Fair price for my purchase, which was sent direct from supplier. The only problem I had was with the tracking, or the lack of it. The delivery was projected to be Tue/Wed so, having no information by Tuesday evening I contacted sitebox first thing Wednesday. The tracking dept. looked into the issue and got back to me very quickly. The delivery was due that lunchtime. As luck would have it, I was able to return home to take delivery at the time given.
