4530.00 2024-05-28A whole new concept for organising, planning and managing reinforcement bars, rebar. With our Reinforcement Station the rebar is stored, assembled and tied off the ground. Our Reinforcement Station has two storage compartments for different dimensions of bar and the reinforcement station can handle up to 2500 kg. With the extendable rails you can easily roll out the reinforcement to our Reinforcement Trestles to tie the reinforcement at a comfortable working height. The loose supports/arms on our Bar Trestle make it easier to tie when the reinforcement can be dropped a little at a time without having to lift the reinforcement around a fixed arm like on the traditional reinforcing brackets. When the assembled and tied beam is finished it can easily be lifted from the trestles.
The Reinforcement Station can be easily assembled by one person as the heaviest part only weighs15kgs. If it needs to be moved the Reinforcement Station can be disassembled and stacked securely on its own storage stand which has fork pockets and crane eyes for easy transport.
TThe Reinforcement Station is suited to construction sites where the reinforcing bar and pre bent hangers are supplied pre-cut and bent and are assembled and tied on site. The bars are stored on the Reinforcing Station and assembled and tied at an ergonomic height on our Bar Trestle. When the assembled beam is finished it can easily be moved without getting caught in the reinforcing bars thanks to the loose supports/arms on the Bar Trestle.
