Warranty Promise

  • Please Note: This excludes wearing parts such as, hoses, floor heads, motor brushes etc. that wear out and need replacing within the normal working life of the machine.
  • Warranty claims must be processed through the dealer from whom the machine was purchased. If you have any problems please contact V-TUF on the helpline number. Please have claim details and proof of receipt to hand.
  • The warranty claim only covers the defective parts rather than the replacement of the whole machine.
  • Warranty claims will need to be validated by the manufacturer's inspection of the faulty components. Where damage has been caused by misues, wear & tear or abuse, V-TUF reserve the right to charge for the repair, transport or inspection costs.
  • The warranty period commences from the purchase date.
  • This warranty policy cannot be overriden by any dealer, or anyone involved in the sale of this product.

Returns:

  • Goods ordered incorrectly will be restocked with no charge. Fenco need to be notified within 5 working days and goods must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Transport and Carriage charges, however, will apply.
  • Goods wrongly supplied, will be collected within 48 hours of notification. Free of charge.
  • Please ensure that someone will be present at the collection address to meet the carrier. Normal collection times are between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Replacements

  • We will collect all items classed as warranty. Valid warranty items will be repaired, or at the discretion of Fenco replaced free of charge. If, however, the failure is due to misuse, the repair will be chargeable. A report, stating the reason for the failutre will be provided to minimiuse the possibility of repeating mishandling.
  • If there is a policy to offer immediate 'Service Exchange' equipment to your customers, we recommend that an adequate pool of extra units of equipment be kept in stock, as warranty replacement units can only be sent out once the faulty units have been inspected by ourselves.

Repairs:

  • We are able to collect, repair and return any goods supplied by Fenco. The charges are minimal when compared with the call out cost of an engineer. We commit ourselves to collect within 48 hours and return the goods within 1 week of agreement to repair.

The VTUF RAPID VTS 415 has been developed by the user to satisfy the requirements for the ideal hot pressure washer. The RAPID VTS 415’s 100% 304 STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION (chassis, cover and boiler housing) makes it one of the toughest and corrosive resistant machines. It has the ideal cleaning performance with the market ideal combination of pressure (2000psi/ 150bar) and flow (15 litres per minute) on 415volt, 16 amp supply. The VTUF RAPID VTS 415 has a 10Litre stainless steel watertank, for high pressure chemical application.

  • Quieter running - Sound Level - Sound Level : up to 10% less than some of its competitors
  • Tough, easy running pump - The proven V-TUF XHDM350 low revving European pump is 170 bar rated with a heavy duty crankshaft design with hard wearing ceramic plungers and a brass pump head. Servicing is straight forward and spares availability is excellent.
  • The XHDM350 pump is lubricated with top specification V-TUF PRESSURE LUBE ( PL500 ) which contains MSM which virtually eliminates friction and wear. Pump lube level visible from outside the machine.
  • Pressure can be regulated and the regulation wheel is direct on the pump and easy to reach.
  • High efficiency double pass heat exchanger with 3 second purge time offers you hotter water while using less fuel and clean combustion.
  • The simple but robust stainless steel control panel is easy to operate and maintain with clear visible warning lights. The control circuit is a safe 24 volt low tension electrical control with IP56 electric protection.
    V-TUF DPS (Digital Protection System) means:
  • Delayed Auto stop (30 second delay stop motor with immediate start) – reduces wear on motor and pump
  • The machine will shut down after 1 hour is not used – safety and reduced fire risk
  • Low Water Cut-Out - reducing expensive damage from water shortage.
  • The machine will stop if the motor over heats
  • Water leak detection shut off - reducing unnecessary wear and expense.
