Warranty Promise

  • Please Note: This excludes wearing parts such as, hoses, floor heads, motor brushes etc. that wear out and need replacing within the normal working life of the machine.
  • Warranty claims must be processed through the dealer from whom the machine was purchased. If you have any problems please contact V-TUF on the helpline number. Please have claim details and proof of receipt to hand.
  • The warranty claim only covers the defective parts rather than the replacement of the whole machine.
  • Warranty claims will need to be validated by the manufacturer's inspection of the faulty components. Where damage has been caused by misues, wear & tear or abuse, V-TUF reserve the right to charge for the repair, transport or inspection costs.
  • The warranty period commences from the purchase date.
  • This warranty policy cannot be overriden by any dealer, or anyone involved in the sale of this product.

  • Goods ordered incorrectly will be restocked with no charge. Fenco need to be notified within 5 working days and goods must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Transport and Carriage charges, however, will apply.
  • Goods wrongly supplied, will be collected within 48 hours of notification. Free of charge.
  • Please ensure that someone will be present at the collection address to meet the carrier. Normal collection times are between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Replacements

  • We will collect all items classed as warranty. Valid warranty items will be repaired, or at the discretion of Fenco replaced free of charge. If, however, the failure is due to misuse, the repair will be chargeable. A report, stating the reason for the failutre will be provided to minimiuse the possibility of repeating mishandling.
  • If there is a policy to offer immediate 'Service Exchange' equipment to your customers, we recommend that an adequate pool of extra units of equipment be kept in stock, as warranty replacement units can only be sent out once the faulty units have been inspected by ourselves.

Repairs:

  • We are able to collect, repair and return any goods supplied by Fenco. The charges are minimal when compared with the call out cost of an engineer. We commit ourselves to collect within 48 hours and return the goods within 1 week of agreement to repair.

V3-240 is a powerful, compact, lightweight 135 Bar V-TUF pressure washer, ideal for cleaning outdoor patio areas, dirty site vehicles, garden furniture, driveways, paths, and caravans. The affordable option for effective power washing. If you are looking to gently clean delicate paintwork on your car or need to remove stubborn dirt from any hard surface, the V3-240 V-TUF jet wash should be your choice for the task.

V-TUF V3 boasts a maximum pressure of 1950psi, 1600 watt induction motor, self-priming pump, integral chemical tank with injection and application function, Quick release Nozzle system including a Turbo nozzle, Patio Cleaner, Foamer cannon, Quick Release accessories – making it compact, powerful and portable – all you need is a good water supply.

Made with a height-adjustable handle, easy press extended trigger gun, 5m high-pressure hose, 3 nozzle options for jetting, foaming & blasting, for cleaning of a variety of surfaces and dirt types, plus a rotary floor cleaning tool to contain dirt when cleaning the floor surfaces, as well as a foaming applicator and bottle for easy application of detergent.

  1. Deep Clean & Remove soiling with the Turbo nozzle and Patio cleaner
  2. Blast & Rinse off any leftover Dirt & Debris - Vario / Wide angel jet 
  3. Preserve & Protect - Once steps 1&2 are completed apply V-TUF D-GREEN as this will keep your Path & Patio free of moss & algae for up to 6 months. You can keep applying D-GREEN to keep the green at bay. 

The only time you will need to repeat steps 1 & 2 is when your path or patio gets muddy again.
