I ordered an extension ladder from sitebox and it arrived in good time. However, the ladder had been damaged in transit which was no fault of Sitebox. I asked that the ladder be returned and from that moment on I received excellent support all the way through the process. There was nothing they would not do to source a replacement ladder for me quickly and they made sure that transporters were aware of my availability to receive it. The test of a good company and its staff is often when things do not go well and how they respond to the situation.
