Ordered shower pump was delivered the next day by DPD so I could track delivery to with in one hour also was sent multiple texts about delivery time which was very useful as I was working 12 miles away from home. The pump came double boxed an had packing in the second box but unfortunately the pump came slightly damaged due to the first manufactures box having impact marks in the bottom of the box which had caused the damage to the pump.Rang up for a replacement pump which was delivered the next day and damaged pump picked up at the same time so excellent service there . Was a bit surprised that the manufactures box had simpler damage as to the box as the first pump but luckily the pump was undamaged so no problem 😊 my only advice is that the manufacture Salamander Pumps has better protection on the bottom of there pump in the box to protect the pump feet.
