This works very well; it needs the screws (provided) in the handle to be pulled around, as the tensioners aren't strong enough to hold the handle in place when lifting it up and down steps etc. Plenty of charge to do a large area (1 - 2 hours spraying). Makes handling a lot of paths/weeds quite easy, when previously it was a real pain with a manual pump device. Sitebox order and delivery was straightforward.

Good sprayer and quick delivery, but was poorly packed and resulted in a broken lance. To be fair once i called you it was all sorted with new lance at my address in 2 days. So excellent service from you.

This is a very useful piece of equipment, very easy to use and so much better than having to hand pump all the time as with other cheaper items. Spraying takes far less time and is much more efficient. Purchasing and delivery was fast and efficient. I would certainly use this company again.

Bought this to replace our 20L backpack which, after 10 year’s use was starting to lose its power and was always heavy to use. Great little unit but wheels pretty hopeless on gravel, so we removed it from its wheel until and strapped it to a sack trolley and now it’s great!

The ordering process was easy, and delivery better than expected. It is now two days since delivery, and I only have one reservation at present. There is a need to charge the inbuilt rechargeable battery for 48 hours before use. It is circa 40 hours since the product has been on charge, yet the indication is that the battery is only approximately 25% charged. Unless something changes before tomorrow morning, I will need to discuss this with Site Box.

Excellent service. I had my product delivered to Ireland It arrived within a week. Would use the company again as I found it an excellent service I ordered over the phone with no issues. Many companies in the UK would not deliver the item to Ireland, but with site box I had no problems.

Great little sprayer. Using the wheels needs a very flat surface but works great as a backpack sprayer. Came quickly and efficiently. Beats a standard knapsack sprayer hands down!

Purchased a Sherpa Deluxe 16 Litre Powered Knapsack Multi Sprayer. ORDER ID: 98963 / 24 Apr 2017 – Delivery was as promised but not had a chance to test it yet, done nothing but rain since it arrived. But the service I received was 100% and the item arrived in good condition as promised. However just one small niggle, I ordered this item from Sitebox, the delivery notice came from Mower Magic Limited, and the invoice was from another company, the name eludes me. Does make it a little confusing as to who one goes to if a problem arises.

Pretty cool unit, had a pump backpack and to be honest was a pain, this unit once charged just keeps going, have done two full loads and still power remaining . Simple idea but really works.
