Description

The SCH DHTC Hollow Tine Corer Attachment is designed to bolt directly onto the D System Mounted Carrier Frame in the same manner as the aerator or slitter. Engineered for effective soil aeration, this unit features revolving discs fitted with hollow spoon tines that remove compacted soil plugs from the turf.

Each tine removes a core approximately 75mm (3") deep, allowing vital air, water, and nutrients to reach the root zone. This process significantly improves soil structure, reduces compaction, and supports healthier, more resilient grass growth. When lawn sand is applied afterward, the holes fill naturally, further enhancing the turf's ability to absorb moisture and nutrients.

The rear roller is lifted out of work during operation to ensure clean core removal without interference.
