Description

The SCH DSM Slitter Attachment is an essential year-round tool for improving turf health by relieving surface compaction and enhancing root development. Its precisely engineered slitter stars slice cleanly into the soil, creating narrow incisions that allow air, moisture, and nutrients to reach the root zone effectively.

This process stimulates stronger root growth, encourages deeper rooting, and supports overall turf resilience, particularly in high-traffic or compacted areas.

The unit comprises nine heavy-duty slitter stars, securely mounted on a robust 50mm stainless steel axle with bearings, ensuring long-lasting performance and smooth operation. The attachment is easily fitted to the D System Mounted Carrier Frame (Ref: DMF) and can achieve penetration depths of up to 125mm (5"), depending on soil conditions. Additional weight may be added to the carrier frame to maximise ground penetration.
