Youngmans Light Trade 3 way combination ladder Bought a Youngmans Light Trade and DIY ladder, wanted the 7kg spec. Sitebox have a good website, clear details of the product, the price was very competitive and there were no "hidden" charges appearing at check out. The order confirmation e-mail dated 22 October said "You should normally expect to receive this delivery within 1 working days unless otherwise notified". No notification made and the product was delivered on 25th. I was happy with the time it took to deliver - lucky I was in to receive it. So, 4 stars due to delivery not as I was led to expect.

Bought Youngman ladder from Sitebox because they stated next day delivery. Sitebox are more expensive than other websites, but the other sites say delivery can take 5 to 6 days as delivery is direct from Youngmans, so I paid extra for fast delivery. Order receipt confirmed next day delivery. Delivery did not arrive so checked website for status and it said delivery direct from manufacturer. It arrived 6 days later. So Sitebox are less than honest when it comes to delivery, and their pricing is not as good as other websites. On the basis of this I would not recommend them.
