UTS GRP 850 500 Single Width Tower 1.8m Long x 0.85m Wide (Available in 1.2m - 12.2m Platform Height)

The UTS 500 GRP Industrial Tower is fully certified to the latest BS EN 1004-1:2020 requirements and is supplied with an EN 1004-2 compliant instruction manual. It meets the recognised 3T (Through The Trapdoor) assembly and dismantling method, ensuring safe and efficient erection and dismantling. The system is available in 23 working heights across two frame widths and lengths, with platform heights ranging from 1.2 metres to 12.2 metres, providing excellent versatility for a wide range of applications, particularly where non-conductive access solutions are required.

Manufactured from high-performance GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic), the tower offers excellent strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. With a maximum weight rating of 950kg (149.2 stone) less the tower self-weight, frame sections are available in 850mm and 1450mm widths and incorporate a fully integrated ladder for safe access. The tower is fitted with dual-locking castors, individually certified to 700kg, providing enhanced stability during use. Platforms are available in 1.8m and 2.5m lengths with a non-slip finish for added safety, and platform heights can be set at 0.5 metre increments, offering for up to 23 platform positions.

Additional features include a single-piece folding toe board, colour-coded hooks with oversized triggers for ease of use, articulated swivel rubber outrigger feet with oversized cast aluminium fixings, and floating spigots to simplify assembly and dismantling.
